What if I have issues with my order?

Can I order as much of each item as I like?

You’re welcome to order multiple units of the same item; however, please note that we may limit the quantity of certain products at our discretion to ensure availability for other customers.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they’ve been submitted. Please make sure to review your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your order.

Important Payment Information:

• Credit cards are not charged until order products are shipped.
• Some debit and bank check cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. This is an authorization only. Funds will be collected by SKG Health Foods upon shipment of products.
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
• Loyalty Cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

Where do you ship?

We offer nationwide delivery with one of our trusted carriers. Some locations, including remote areas, may incur additional charges.

Are orders available for pick up?

Local pickup is available when you shop in-store at the location nearest to you. For more details, please visit www.skghealthfoods.com.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We require 1-3 business days to process, pick, and pack your order. If additional time is needed, we will reach out to you. Once your order is shipped, you’ll be able to track it with our trusted carrier providers.

What are the delivery costs of my order?

Enjoy free delivery on orders over $99, before taxes. For orders under $99, dynamic shipping rates will apply.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your order is lost during transit with one of our trusted carriers, we will issue a full refund once we receive confirmation that the package is indeed lost.

If you believe your order has been lost, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible, providing your order number and any relevant shipping details.

We will work directly with the carrier to initiate an investigation into the lost package. This may include tracking the shipment and making efforts to locate it.

Once the investigation is complete, if the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will receive official confirmation from them.

The investigation and confirmation process by one of our trusted carriers may take some time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. Refunds will be processed once we receive official confirmation from the carrier that the order is lost.

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost (and the cost to ship back to you).
