In 1991, we opened our doors as a proud franchisee of a well-established health food brand, marking the beginning of our journey in the thriving health food industry. Our first location was nestled in the vibrant Westside Mall, located in the heart of the Eglinton West neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario. It was there, in the bustling community, that we introduced a fresh take on health and wellness to our customers for the very first time.

As our business grew, we made a strategic decision to scale down our locations and concentrate on what truly matters—our customers. In 2025, we proudly opened a new, centralized location at 2890 Dufferin St. in the heart of the Yorkdale neighbourhood of Toronto. This move allowed us to continue providing personalized service to the community we've grown to love while focusing on delivering a more intimate, tailored experience. At the same time, we recognized the evolving needs of our customers and officially launched our eCommerce site. This online platform was designed to meet the growing demand for convenient shopping, allowing our valued customers to easily access our wide range of health products from the comfort of their own homes.
