Shipping Information

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada.

Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times are as follows, though they may vary depending on the delivery location:

  • Expedited Parcel: 2-8 Business Days

Possible Delays

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur. We keep most items in stock, but some products may be temporarily unavailable or backordered. If this happens, we’ll ship the available items right away, and the remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.

Shipping delays may also occur for remote locations.

If a significant delay arises, we will contact you to keep you informed about the status of your order.

 

Returns Policy

Please note, this policy applies solely to online purchases and does not cover in-store transactions.

We offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, we require the order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product's condition (whether it is damaged, opened, or sealed). Returns will only be accepted once we have discussed and approved the return with you.

All online purchases must be returned via our online return process. Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

Return Process

To begin the return process, please contact us at skghealthfoods@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for processing the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.

If products are damaged during shipping, please report the damage to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the next steps for returning the damaged item.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: cosmetics, beauty and personal care items (such as hair color, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers, lotions, soaps, etc.), essential oils, food products, protein bars, and snack bars. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect item, please do not open the product as this will void your eligibility for an exchange or return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part, in which case we will refund the shipping charges as well. Promotional items included in your order must also be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Returns are at the sender's risk, and we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged parcels during the return process.
