Suggested Use
Recommended Dose
(Adults) 2 teaspoons 1 time per day. Dissolve 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of water. If you are on antibiotics or antifungals take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Take two hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.

Cautions and Warnings
If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or the use of a laxative product. persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use or If symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
Contraindications
