Suggested Use
Recommended Adult Dose
1–2 tablets, 1–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, an anti-inflammatory, or antibiotics, are having surgery, or have an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
