Suggested Use

Recommended Use
Used in herbal medicine to Assist improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion and as a tonic to Assist relieve general debility and/ or to aid during recovery.

Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have any type of acute infection, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
