Suggested Use
Directions
Adult Dosage: Take 2 to 5 capsules daily. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication. Take with at least 240ml of liquid ( water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Take with meals. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or esophageal blockage/obstruction or the throat, esophagus or intestine.

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever( as these could be signs of abdominal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, disease of the oseophagus and/or the superior opening of the stomach ( cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis). Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention. Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been reported.
