Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 rounded teaspoon, 1-4 times per day. Start with loading phase of 15-20 g (3-4 rounded teaspoons) per day for 5-7 days and follow with a maintenance phase (5 g/day = 1 rounded teaspoon).
