Helps relieve nervousness and promote Restful-Restful-Sleep
Directions
Adults: take 4 ml, 30-60 minutes before bedtime, under the tongue or in a little water, on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour after last meal). Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Cautions
Consumption with alcohol or other Health Products or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or Restful-Restful-Sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. May cause drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
