Suggested Use
Recommended Adult Dosage
Take two (2) softgels daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products. Or take two (2) softgels, 30-60 minutes before competition or workout.
Caution
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition (including diabetes, gallstones or stomach ulcers) or are taking medication (including antidepressants, blood thinners or Cardio Health Health Products).
