Suggested Use
Recommended Adult Dose
1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Recommended use
Supports healthy digestion and reduces frequency of gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, irregularity, gas, and bloating. Promotes bowel movement and provides gentle relief of constipation and/or irregularity. Source of probiotics. Promotes favourable gut flora/intestinal microflora. Provides antioxidants that help protect against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Fermented Whole Food Probiotic provides 10 billion live probiotic cultures per capsule, cultured in a fermented prebiotic matrix comprised of apple, blueberry, cranberry, broccoli, carrot, kale, parsley, spinach, and plant-based inulin. This matrix serves as the perfect nourishing culture medium to ensure the survival of the strongest bacteria and postbiotics for optimal digestion and wellness.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, and/or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment) or if you are taking tetracycline.
